I live in NY and the sneakers came from a NYC store. So they arrived the next day but they did get them out the very next day from me ordering online at night so you can expect fast delivery.

The sneakers were in perfect condition and came in all original boxes from Kenneth Cole.

The only improvement the company needs to make is their packaging choice. They are basically just wrapping a thick paper around the shoe box which is sturdy by itself but a long shipping trip - I do not know if it would hold up. I would recommend to the store invest in boxes; it cost a few dollars in the boxes and shipping supplies but overall it will avoid any problems. But hey if it works why fix it but just trying to give a suggestion to avoid a negative feedback from a jerk customer.

Overall A+++ for this company, I recommend and will buy again when in the market for sneakers from this company!
